Funny joke told by Shecky Greene in his standup routine.

So I wanted to tell you about the time Frank Sinatra saved my life.....I'm not joking, he saved me from certain death.  I was doing my routine at a club and he was there.  I really stunk up the place and was just awful, not a lot of laughs and lots of groans and some booing.  After my set I dejectedly packed up my things and headed out the back door into the alleyway when these three big guys jumped me and started to beat me senseless.  I really thought that I was done for and that's when Frank saved my life!!  He came out of the shadows and said, "That's enough boys."

Haha, classic Sinatra! It seems that he was caring for the day when he will swoop in like a knight in shining armor to save the day though from a rowdy crowd that is.
